1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DreamNav, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

DreamNav is an AI-powered dream interpretation and journaling platform. The service provides personalised dream interpretations, journaling tools, and pattern analysis based on content you provide.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use DreamNav. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.

4. Credits & Payments

  • DreamNav operates on a credit-based system. Each AI message costs 1 credit.
  • Credits may be purchased as one-time packs or via subscription plans.
  • Subscription credits refresh monthly and expire at the end of each billing period.
  • Purchased (one-time) credits do not expire.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

5. Content & AI Interpretations

  • You retain ownership of the dream content you submit.
  • AI interpretations are for informational and entertainment purposes only — they do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
  • You must not submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the AI systems
  • Resell or redistribute access to the service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or access the service at scale

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

DreamNav is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI interpretations will be accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamNav shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable EU regulations.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
