Question 1

How many credits does a dream interpretation use?

Accepted Answer

On average, a complete dream interpretation uses about 7 credits (6 questioning + 1 interpretation). Follow-up questions after the reading use 1 credit each.

Question 2

Do my credits expire?

Accepted Answer

One-time purchased credits never expire. They stay in your account until you use them. Subscription credits refresh monthly on your renewal date.

Question 3

Can I change my interpretation style?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can choose a different interpretation style and lens for every dream. Try a guided interview for complex dreams, or a direct reading when you want quick insight.

Question 4

Is my dream data private?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Your dreams are private and encrypted. Only you can see your dream journal and dashboard insights. We never share your data with third parties.

Question 5

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings. You will keep access to your subscription credits until the end of your current billing period, and any one-time credits remain permanently.

Question 6

What happens to my dreams if I stop subscribing?

Accepted Answer

Your dreams are always saved in your private journal, even if you cancel. You can still read past interpretations and browse your history. You just will not be able to start new interpretations without credits.
