1. No Refunds All purchases made on DreamNav.AI, including subscriptions and one-time purchase refills, are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the service or unused prompts.

2. Subscription-Based Services

  • Subscription Plans: Our subscription plans provide a set number of prompts per billing cycle. Once a subscription plan is purchased, it cannot be refunded.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future charges, but you will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to your remaining prompts until the end of the billing cycle.

3. One-Time Purchase Refills

  • Refill Purchases: One-time purchase refills, such as $3 for 50 prompts, are non-refundable. Once purchased, the prompts will be added to your account and cannot be refunded.

4. Managing Your Account

  • Track Usage: We encourage you to track your prompt usage and manage your purchases accordingly.
